After booking is confirmed, by payment through PAY PAL , an email will be sent confirming your reservation with check-in and check-out times (please keep this as records for receipt)
Please note,CANCELLED BOOKINGS, booking fee is non-refundable, but transferable (if 1 months notice is given) .
TOTAL Balanced owed for stay will be paid on check in in full and in cash. KEYS TO UNIT WILL BE THEN GIVEN TO CLIENT
The $US300 SECURITY DEPOSIT will then be refunded 1 day after check out through Pay Pal to same email address that originally booked the unit.
Please note, all power costs are paid by the clients as units are metered. Depending on air-con usage, average costs are $2-5per day
